Tickets
To better serve our patrons, orders for individual tickets (three shows or less) can be submitted in FOUR different ways, starting on Tuesday, August 21, 2007:

  1. IN PERSON: Bring your show ORDER FORM to ARTSblock, starting Tuesday, August 21, 2007 from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Address: 401 N Fourth Street, Downtown Wausau

  2. PHONE: Have your show ORDER FORM ready and call the ARTSblock Ticket Office, starting Tuesday, August 21, 2007 from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Phone: 715.842.0988 or toll free 888.239.0421

  3. MAIL: Send in your show ORDER FORM, with payment, to the Performing Arts Foundation, 401 N. Fourth Street, Wausau, WI 54403

  4. FAX: Fax in your show ORDER FORM, with payment, to the ARTSblock Ticket Office: 715.842.8715

Ticket orders submitted via phone or in person will be entered first, with mail and fax orders numbered upon receipt and entered in the order received starting on Tuesday, August 21, 2007.

Artsblock Ticket Office

  • Located under the green awning, at 401 N Fourth St, the ticket office is open Monday thru Friday from 8:30 to 5:00 and 9:00 to noon on Saturdays from September through May.
  • The ticket office opens one hour prior to each performance for ticket purchases and will call pick up. We accept cash, check, Mastercard and Visa.

Tickets
  • Please check your tickets, carefully noting event, time, and seat location.
  • To keep pace with technology, a $1.00 fee is added to the cost of each ticket.
  • Lost Tickets? Call the P.A.F. We can easily reprint them. All we need is your name.
  • Tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to use a ticket for a PAF sponsored event, please consider donating it back to the PAF. We will provide you with a letter confirming the tax-deductible status of the donation upon request.
  • Municipal Fire Codes require ALL audience members (even those of lap-sitting size) have a ticket.
Gift Certificates
  • You can give the gift of excitement with a night at the theater! Gift Certificates are available in any amount and can be used for any event presented by the Performing Arts Foundation. Call the PAF Ticket Office for more information.
Rush Tickets
  • Student/military rush tickets are available the day of performance for certain PAF-sponsored events. Any student or military personnel may purchase a student/military rush ticket for $10 with a valid student/military ID. These tickets are subject to availability, and are not available for every PAF sponsored show. Contact the ARTSblock Ticket Office for more information.
Group Discounts
The following information relates to group sales for events presented on ArtsBlock. Due to contractual obligations there may be performances that are not eligible for group pricing. Please call the Ticket Office for more information.
  • A group consists of 20 or more individuals attending the same performance.
  • If group tickets are ordered before the start of ticket sales to the public, seating will be chosen after subscription seats have been filled.
  • Group discounts are as follows:
    • 20 - 30 tickets: 10 % of ticket value
    • Over 30 tickets: 15 % of ticket value
  • Overbooking is strongly discouraged. Contact the Ticket Office immediately if the number of tickets needed for your group changes. Groups may not reduce their total number of seats by more than 10 % of the original order for each show. Please estimate your numbers carefully. If the number of seats changes, the discount applied to your order may also change; this number is based upon the final order, not the initial purchase.
  • An invoice will be issued based on the requested number of seats. The signed invoice and a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit equivalent to 25 % of the invoice balance is due two (2) weeks after the date of the group sales invoice.
  • A $1 dollar ticketing fee is charged for each ticket, as well as a $5 handling fee per order. This is in addition to the discounted ticket price or any other applicable fees.
  • Seats may be added to your order prior to final payment, subject to availability.
  • Final payment is due a minimum of 45 days prior to the performance. Tickets will be released without notification if either the deposit or final payment is not received by the due date. If additional tickets are purchased after the final payment has been made, they must be paid for at the time of purchase.
  • Payment may be made via check or money order (payable to the Performing Arts Foundation or PAF), Master Card or Visa.
  • There are no refunds or exchanges of group sale tickets. Your tickets will be mailed to you upon receipt of your final payment, unless prior arrangements have been made to hold the tickets at Will Call on show night.
