Drawing from over 160 years of family history, Zoppé celebrates the best of the Old-World Italian circus tradition in an enchanting and thrilling display of acrobatic feats, equestrian showmanship, canine capers, clowning and plenty of audience participation. The Zoppé family evokes something from a picture book: a circus that accentuates details that have been perfected over six generations. Giovanni Zoppé, who plays Nino, says the show aims higher than what passes for circuses these days. "They'll laugh, they'll cry, and they'll feel for the characters. It's more of an event than a show."
