With opening act Crosby Loggins.
A powerful fusion of the "big rock sound" and swampy blues, Joe Bonamassa's electrifying live performances deliver excitement and power while mixing it up with dynamic music choices. From hard to soft, electric to acoustic, his show is a thrilling musical roller coaster.
Born in upstate New York, Bonamassa started playing on a short scale Chiquita guitar at the age of four. By the time he was eight, Joe was playing the blues like a veteran. At twelve, he was asked to open for B.B. King. After the performance, King said, "This kid's potential is so great that he hasn't begun to scratch the surface. He's one of a kind….a legend before his time." The Father of the Blues' high regard for Joe would be echoed by the guitar greats who would later perform with Bonamassa, including Buddy Guy, Danny Gatton, Robert Cray, and Stephen Stills.
Singer-songwriter and guitarist Crosby Loggins will open for Bonamassa on ARTSblock. If the name sounds familiar, its because he's the son of GRAMMY®-winning pop/rock/soundtrack legend Kenny Loggins. This soulful musician has been around music his entire life, and has been making it almost as long. His songs flow in a wave of smooth vocals and seamless musicianship, always hitting their emotional mark.
